RANCHO ALOE:
Rancho Aloe consists of approximately 5,200 acres of incredibly,
beautifully, cropland and jungle fronting on the east side of the Pan-
American Highway 5 kilometers north of Bagaces, approximately 3,200
acres of cropland and 2,000 acres of jungles.
At the present time approximately 400 acres of aloe vera are under
cultivation of which most are mature producing plants (approximately 4
millions mature plants) and 10 million pups for planting).
Rancho Aloe has an extensive irrigation system that uses water pumped
from a river through underground pipes to cannon that irrigate the farm
during the dry season. The river runs year round and the farm has
governmental permits to use this water for its foreseeable needs.
The farm has agricultural equipment tractors, bulldozer, discs, wagon,
trailers, and bailers, brushogs, etc) adequate for its business. And also has a
spacious Ranch house with a swimming pool, guesthouse, office, barn shop
and storage buildings.
Rancho Aloe also maintains a herd of cattle and horses.

5. FIRST ALOE
First Aloe (C.R.) S.A. is a closely held Costa Rica corporation that is the
owner of a major new aloe vera processing plant located 5 kilometers north
of Bagaces, Costa Rica. Situated on approximately 22 acres fronting on the
Pan American High Way. The plant has 31,250 sq. ft. under roof and large
concrete aprons on which the boiler, fuel and water tank the cooling tower,
evaporators and scales are located. The laboratory space and office are air
conditioned and finished to a high standard; occupy 6,250 sq. ft. of the plant
area. The plant is now completed and running. First Aloe is adjacent to the
Rancho Aloe plantation and leave arrives at the plant 30 minutes from the
time of harvest. First Aloe produces Inner Leaf 1 to 1 Gel, Whole Leaf 1 to 1
Gel and concentrate from both I.L. and W.L., plus powder.
