Automatically generate and print a
rating report for each vehicle scrap. The
content of the rating report includes:
vehicle entry time, license plate
information, contract number,
unloading time, scrap grade (including
the proportion of scrap steel types of
each thickness), deduction weight and
miscellaneous information, etc.

Historical trend statistics
1) Weekly and monthly statistics on the change of
scrap steel type;
2) Statistics on the changes of scrap grade and
weight and miscellaneous deduction by day, week
and month;
3) Monthly statistics on the correlation between
the number of scrap vehicles per day and the
system grading and scrap price;
4) Calculate the changes in the accuracy of the
scrap rating system on a weekly basis;
5) Weekly statistics on the scoring and objection
of suppliers or graders to the system rating results;
6) Weekly statistics on the fluctuation of the
proportion of material types of each thickness in
the same grade of scrap incoming material;
7) Search the historical data changes of the
supplier's supply quality by supplier;

System exception response module
1) When there is an abnormal occasion warning in the
system, the personnel will be reminded to deal with it
according to the prompts.
2) When the rating result is abnormal, it will be displayed
in the system to remind the grading hall to intervene
manually.
3) After detecting dangerous objects on site, it will
respond simultaneously in the system and on the on-site
alarm lights to remind manual intervention.
4) When the on-site detection of excessive changes in
scrap steel up and down the vehicle, or adulteration and
other vehicles that need to be deducted, confiscated,
returned, etc., timely warn and remind the on-site
personnel to intervene manually.
5) If the on-site vehicle is not parked in place, the system
will automatically respond and remind the driver to
rereverse through the on-site electronic display board.
6) The scene is arranged with high-decibel audio, which
is directly connected to the microphone in the grading
hall for real-time remote command of the personnel of

The system rating information will be synchronized
and matched to the RAMON smart rating mobile
APP for checking.
Mobile terminal APP will be designed with
multiple permissions:
①Steel scrap suppliers can only input the car
number of their own vehicle to check the unloading
status of the current vehicle.
②On site inspection personnel can check the
unloading and rating status of multiple lanes.
③Management personnel can check all data,
including historical data, rating rules, steel scrap
quality, and changes in rating accuracy.
④Historical supply data of the steel scrap steel
supplier, etc.
