    user without Internet

   Sends this Data via GPRS or SMS
   Data is acknowledged by the Server
   Data is stored in Database for future analysis

   Email is sent to nearest station Manager, TT and
    vendors
   Rating System for Toilets
   Same systems for Train Stations

      large system changes
