Raildoot is a complaint reporting system for rail commuters that allows users to register sanitation issues via a mobile app, which operates without an internet connection. The app captures train numbers and user location, relays data to railway authorities, and includes a rating system for toilets. It is cost-effective, device-independent, and can be adapted for other types of public infrastructure reporting.
