Maintain and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Accounting Department. 5. Prepare, review and monitor results against the budget with the Controller. 6. Identify areas needing improvement in financial accounting applications and operational procedures. 7. Assist the Controller in developing, updating and maintaining company accounting policies and procedures. 8. Assist the Controller and management with due diligence and analysis of potential acquisitions and on-boarding acquisitions including setting them up on the Company’s ERP system, and training. 9. Coordinate the annual audit with the Company’s Big Four Firm.
