QF1 is a 30-question prelims style quiz for solo participants, part of a larger programme called 'QF1: The QFI Points Race'.

Additionally, qualitative data such as open-ended responses will be analyzed to gain deeper insights into employee perceptions and experiences. Findings: Reveal significant correlations are identified as key determinants of job embeddedness, with higher levels of job satisfaction and commitment associated with these practices.
