4. CREATE PROTOANT USER ID
Setup Collaboration
Open preferences and click on protoAnt profile option to setup your id.

5. ADD YOUR FRIENDS
Setup Collaboration
Open „Persons‟ tab to start adding your friends to your list.

6. SEND COLLAB REQUESTS
Setup Collaboration
Click on the collaboration icon ( ) to send collab requests to friends

7. CONFIRM COLLAB REQUESTS
Setup Collaboration
Your received collab requests will be shown under “Unconfirmed” list. Click on
the collaboration icon ( ) to confirm collab requests.

8. ASSIGN TASKS TO FRIENDS
Start Collaborating
You can setup tasks to your collaborated friends from the task creation screen and
send the task assignment by clicking the assignee ( ) icon.

9. RECEIVE TASKS FROM FRIENDS
Start Collaborating
You will be notified by protoAnt app if you have a task assigned to you by some
of your friends.

10. UPDATE TASK STATUS
Start Collaborating
The task assignee can click on the assignee icon ( ) or the tick icon ( ) to send
the % of completion of the task to the task assigner.

11. RECEIVE TASK STATUS UPDATES

The assigner gets the task status updates immediately from the assignee.
