Position Statement
Sports Children Of The World Is a donation based organization that helps children
around the World get sports equipment based off donations.
Objectives
1. User Friendly
2. Donation based.

Target Launch Date
I would suggest that the new website goes up as soon as possible. Right now, they
are advertising still as 2020 and that was 3 years ago. The quicker the website can
be updated and advertised the better so people can start donating as soon as
possible.

The Primary Audience for Sports Children Of The World
1. Community groups, Individuals, organizations, and schools
A. They want the donations to come from local programs in order to get the
supplies that they are needing.
2. Bigger sports company
B. I believe if they get some help from a bigger sports company or sports
league, they can find the help that they need and the donations that would
be needed in order to provide the children with more equipment to enjoy
what they love.

1. KABOOM= https://kaboom.org/
a. This website is very up to date and even includes a newsletter.
b. Honestly it was very hard to find a weakness when comparing it to S.C.W.
2. Challenged Athletes foundation = https://www.challengedathletes.org/
a. This website is another great way to help donate to children and it shows
their current events and challenges.
b. Again, comparing this to S.C.W this website is so informational and easy to
navigate I don’t see weaknesses.
