University of Maryland honours Professor F. K. A. Allotey of Africa

The Ghanaian professor Francis Kofi Ampenyin Allotey has been approved to receive an honorary Doctor of Sciences degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. He will receive the degree at the spring commencement on May 21, 2010. The professor is asked to contact the university's office of international programs to make arrangements for participating in the commencement ceremony.
