1. „The Fruit of Solidarity”
„Ludzie zapominają o wielu rzeczach,
ale nigdy nie zapominają przygód.”
2. Miejsca działań Organizacja przyjmująca
Outward Bound Croatia jest organizacją
pozarządową oferującą przeróżne kursy edukacji
empirycznej poprzez przygody i aktywności w
plenerze.
Misją organizacji jest zachęcanie ludzi do
odkrywania i rozwijania swojego potencjału oraz do
tworzenia lepszego świata dla siebie i innych
poprzez różnego rodzaju doświadczenia w
nieznanych miejscach.
W OBC chodzi o przygodę, zmierzenie się z
nieznanym, sprostanie wyzwaniom, wyjście z
własnej strefy komfortu, rozwijanie odporności,
wytrwałości, odpowiedzialności, zdolności
adaptacyjnych, pracy w zespole oraz uczciwości.
3. Działania w Veliki Žitnik
Pierwszy tydzień spędziliśmy w miejscowości
Veliki Žitnik, gdzie mieszkaliśmy w centrum
edukacyjnym organizacji przyjmującej. Do
naszych działań należała pomoc przy zbieraniu
jabłek w sadzie oraz sprzątanie lasu.
4.
5. Mieliśmy również wiele aktywności, których
celem było rozwinięcie zdolności pracy w grupach
oraz wyjście ze strefy komfortu połączone z dobrą
zabawą.
Wspinaliśmy się po drabinie Jakuba oraz
codziennie braliśmy udział w wielu grach.
6. Zostaliśmy podzieleni na kilka czteroosobowych
grup. Każdego dnia inna grupa miała inne
obowiązki: gotowanie, zmywanie, sprzątanie,
przygotowywanie porannych ćwiczeń oraz dbanie
o dobrą atmosferę w budynku.
7. Wstawaliśmy o 7 rano. Dzień zaczynaliśmy od
porannych ćwiczeń o 7:30. O 8:00 mieliśmy
wspólne śniadanie. Po południu jedliśmy obiad
przygotowany przez wybraną grupę. Wieczorem
natomiast kolację, a po kolacji tworzyliśmy kółko
wieczorowe, rozmawialiśmy i dyskutowaliśmy na
temat naszych działań i ich wyników.
8. Na wieczorek międzynarodowy grupa z każdego
kraju miała za zadanie zaprezentować swoje
państwo bez użycia technologii.
Razem z Marcinem przygotowaliśmy różne quizy na
temat Polski. Miałam także możliwość pouczyć
pozostałych wolontariuszy tańczyć poloneza.
Tego wieczora rozwiązywaliśmy quizy na temat Hiszpanii i Litwy,
próbowaliśmy ciasta portugalskiego, oglądaliśmy sceny greckiej mitologii,
tańczyliśmy grecki taniec tradycyjny oraz świętowaliśmy łotewską noc
świętojańską, spędzając czas nad ogniskiem.
9. Działania na wyspie Brač
Drugi tydzień spędziliśmy w małym miasteczku
Sumartin na wyspie Brač, gdzie mieszkaliśmy w
trzech domach wakacyjnych. Do naszych
działań należała pomoc przy zrywaniu oliwek
oraz budowie muru kamiennego budowanego
bez zaprawy murarskiej.
10. Pomagaliśmy zrywać oliwki w dwóch
gospodarstwach w miejscowości Sumartin oraz
Sutivan. Dzięki chorwackiej gościnności mieliśmy
okazję skosztować chorwackich dań
przygotowanych przez właścicieli.
11. Zostaliśmy podzieleni na dwie grupy i
pomagaliśmy w budowie muru kamiennego w
dwóch różnych miejscach w miejscowości
Sumartin.
12. Byliśmy w olejarni w miejscowości Selca i
mogliśmy zobaczyć jak produkuje się oliwę z
oliwek.
Mieliśmy również okazję skosztować świeżej
oliwy.
13. Udaliśmy się do stoczni w Sumartin, gdzie
mogliśmy dowiedzieć się więcej o pracy w tym
miejscu i budowie statków.
14. Czas wolny
Między pierwszym a drugim tygodniem wolontariatu
mieliśmy cztery dni wolne, podczas których mogliśmy
podróżować po Chorwacji, aby ją lepiej poznać.
Razem z dwiema wolontariuszkami z Portugalii i jedną
z Litwy wypożyczyłam samochód i ruszyłam w
podróż.
Udało nam się dotrzeć do Parku Narodowego
Plitvička Jezera, kanionu Zrmanja, Zadaru, Splitu,
Trogiru oraz Makarskiej.
