This agreement outlines the terms of Marija Petkovic's professional development and training at the Surgical Clinic of University Hospital Center "Dr Dragisa Misovic-Dedinje" from August 1, 2011 to January 31, 2012. The agreement specifies that Marija Petkovic will undergo training without employment but will have the same rights and responsibilities as employees, except for compensation rights. 1. Pursuant to article 201, paragraph 1, item 2. of the Law on labor (“Official Gazette RS”, Number:
24/05, 61/05, 54/09), University Hospital Center “Dr Dragisa Misovic-Dedinje”, from Belgrade,
Heroja Milana Tepica Street No. 1, which is represented by professor Radisav Scepanovic, Ph.D.
in Medicine (director) and Marija Petkovic, MD from Belgrade hereby conclude an:
AGREEMENT
On professional development and training
Article 1
Marija Petkovic, MD will undergo professional development and training in the field of
surgery at the Surgical Clinic, without being employed, and for the following period 1st
August
2011 – 31st
January 2012.
Article 2
The appointed under article 1 of this contract has all the rights and responsibilities which
apply to the employees, except for the rights on compensation.
The appointed has the right on insurance in case of injury at work or occupational disease.
Article 3
While performing their work, the intern is obliged to respect general and other regulations
of the employer and orders of the competent managers and to treat both work and the employees
in a fair, disciplined and responsible way. The intern is also expected to adapt to the organization
and work methods of the employer and the employees.
Article 4
The Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time upon 15 (fifteen) days
notice.
The employer can terminate this agreement without prior notice if the intern acts contrary
to this agreement.

2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved by
agreement; otherwise the court of general jurisdiction in Belgrade has all the authority.

This agreement is made in 4 (four) identical copies, 2 (two) for each party.
