Metamorph Law has acquired the assets and business of LinderMyers LLP in Metamorph Law's first acquisition. The acquisition includes LinderMyers' Manchester headquarters and offices in Lytham, Chester, and Shrewsbury. LinderMyers has a turnover over £12 million and expertise in wills, trusts, estates, conveyancing, and personal injury law. The CEO of Metamorph Law stated that the acquisition gives them a base to expand operations through further acquisitions nationwide.

Metamorph Law announces its first acquisition
MetamorphLaw has todaycompleteditsacquisitionof the assetsandbusinessof LinderMyersLLP.
The businesswill trade as‘LinderMyers,partof Metamorph Law Limited’.MetamorphLaw will now
operate fromitsnewflagshipManchestertradingpremisesat55 SpringGardens,M2 2BY.
LinderMyersis a substantial andwell-regarded regional practice inthe NorthWestof England with
currentturnoverinexcessof £12m. It has a Manchestercitycentre headoffice aswell asa
significanthighstreetpresenceinprime local highstreettargetareasforMetamorphLaw inLytham,
ChesterandShrewsbury.
LinderMyers has great strengthsinWills,Trusts&Estates,ResidentialConveyancingandFamily
Law, as well asone of the best-regardedBodilyInjuryteamsinthe country,focusedonhigh-value

The deal involvedapre-packfollowingthe appointmentof anAdministratortoLinderMyersLLP.
