Lord, my soul; and do not forget all his gifts, who pardons all your sins, and heals
all your ills, who redeems your life from the pit, and crowns you with mercy and
compassion.”
 2 Corinthians 1:3-5: “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the
Father of compassion and God of all encouragement, who encourages us in our
every affliction, so that we may be able to encourage those who are in any
affliction with the encouragement with which we ourselves are encouraged by
God. For as Christ’s sufferings overflow to us, so through Christ does our
encouragement also flow.”
 Job 6:10: “Then I should still have consolation and could exult through
unremitting pain because I have not transgressed the commands of the Holy One.”
 Revelation 21:4: “He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there shall be no
more death or mourning, wailing or pain, [for] the old order has passed away.”
 Hebrews 2:18: “Because he himself was tested through what he suffered, he is
able to help those who are being tested.”
 Psalm 34:18: “The righteous cry out, the Lord hears and He rescues them from all
their afflictions.”
