• A powerful,proces driven concept for building up automated
contacts between agency and its clients.
• Customers will receive relevant, personalized e-mails,
specifically tailored towards their holiday, send in pre-
determined intervals between time of booking and their return.
• These e-mails contain special offers for travel related products
or services and dynamic check lists. It offers ample sales
opportunities for cross selling of car hire, insurance, visa and

Depending on the choosen mailoptions, the mails will be send as per
the pre-defined schedules as stated below:

Before the trip → M1 Funmail : 7 days after date of booking
→ M2 Special Deal 1 : between Mail 1 and Mail 3
→ M3 Checklist : 10 days before departure
→ M4 Reminder 1 : 3 days before departure
During the trip → M5 Special Deal 2 : 3 days after departure
(provided the trip lasts longer than 7 days
After the trip → M6 Welcome Home : On the day of their return home
→ M7 Special Deal 3 : 4 days after return
→ M8 Reminder 2 : 7 days after return

The actual number of mails send per booking depends on the time
between booking date and departure date.

When booking date and departure date are closer to each other,
fewer e-mails are being sent.
