This document is a pre-trip inspection form for a vehicle. It contains checklists to inspect the engine, fluids, interior, exterior, and emergency equipment of the vehicle. The driver is instructed to check each item, mark it as OK or circle any defective items and note them in a problem report section. This ensures the vehicle is safe and roadworthy before beginning operation each day.
