Navigate to menu tab 'Data' along the top and click 'Sort.'
Click on the small arrow to the left of the Sort icon. If the "A" is on top of the
"Z," click that "A to Z" button once. That will sort your list alphabetically from
"A" to "Z." If you want to sort your list in reverse alphabetical order, click on the
button that has the "Z" on top and the "A" on the bottom.
Click on the small arrow to the left of the Sort icon. If the "Z" is on top of the
"A," click that "Z to A". However, when the "Z" is on top of the "A," your list
will be sorted in reverse alphabetical order.
