The E-COM System Maintenance Course is designed to provide course participants
with sufficient skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and repair E-COM Serving
Post Office (SPO) equipment to designated replaceable components. It includes
theory of operation and maintenance of SPO equipment to the Major function
level reinforced by hands-on problem solving, involving the use of SPO
diagnostics, oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and data communications
test equipment for fault isolation and repair.
