The document discusses the benefits of a referral network program for automotive dealerships. It promotes using customized prepaid Visa cards, marketing materials, and a website to drive the referral process. For each successful referral that results in a sale, the referring customer would receive $150 loaded automatically onto their Visa card. The program aims to motivate customers to refer others and stay engaged by tracking progress and offering cash rewards, including a $5,000 annual prize for the customer with the most referrals that turn into sales. Management would receive detailed reports on referral program performance and sales.
Laser dental hard tissue interaction with possible applications (2)Rana Tariq
The document discusses different types of interactions that can occur between laser light and tissue: reflection, scattering, transmission, absorption, and fluorescence. It notes that the wavelength of laser light and molecules in the irradiated tissue determine which interactions occur. Several laser types are mentioned for uses such as cavity preparation using an Er:YAG laser, coagulation using a diode laser, diagnosis using a DIAGNODent QLF, and photo polymerization of dental composites using a diode or argon laser. Fiber optic transillumination and surface debridement using an Er:YAG laser for treating periimplantitis are also listed.
Early detection, diagnosis and quantification of dental cariesRana Tariq
This document discusses early detection and quantification of dental caries using laser fluorescence. Dental caries is a dynamic process that occurs in microbial deposits on tooth surfaces, resulting in a loss of mineral content and formation of lesions. Early diagnosis is important to identify high-risk patients, allow preventive services, and use non-invasive treatment methods. Laser fluorescence techniques like quantitative light-induced autofluorescence and near-infrared fluorescence can detect and measure caries progression more accurately than visual examination alone. The document demonstrates examples of DIAGNOdent readings on different teeth.
Eco-tourism management in Rajaji National Park, Uttarakhand (India)BASIX
Eco-tourism:Perhaps the most over-used and mis-used word in the travel industry. But what does it mean? The Ecotourism Society defines it as "responsible travel to natural areas which conserves the environment and improves the welfare of the local people". A walk through the rainforest is not eco-tourism unless that particular walk somehow benefits that environment and the people who live there. A rafting trip is only eco-tourism if it raises awareness and funds to help protect the watershed. A loose interpretation of this definition allows many companies to promote themselves as something that they are not. If true eco-tourism is important to you, ask plenty of questions to determine if your trip will help "conserve and improve" the places you visit.

Nova Scotia is divided into 6 district health authorities based on geographic regions. A map shows the boundaries of the district health authorities which include South Shore Health, South West Health, Annapolis Valley Health, Colchester East Hants Health Authority, Cumberland Health Authority, and Pictou County Health Authority. Communities and counties are located within the geographic boundaries of the different health authorities.
These all stem for the same root core problem. Most companies suffer from a lack of sensible strategy and extensively utilize market segmentation. Due to constant changes and competing priorities, resources are often overcommitted across multiple concurrent projects, causing delays. Customers' needs also frequently change mid-project, placing additional pressure on project managers to deliver on time and within budget.
