This document defines and lists the different types of 3D geometric shapes. It identifies the five Platonic solids - tetrahedron, cube, octahedron, dodecahedron, and icosahedron. It also lists the types of prisms as triangular, quadrangular, pentagonal, and hexagonal. Pyramids are also defined as triangular, quadrangular, pentagonal, and hexagonal. Spherical shapes listed are cylinders, cones, and spheres. Relationships between dual polyhedra are identified as tetrahedron with itself, cube and octahedron, and dodecahedron and icosahedron.
