Madison Collier is applying for an internship at the Cincinnati Zoo involving animal care. She is currently studying Marine Biology and has always been interested in animals. The internship she is most interested in involves manatees and Florida wildlife as she had a positive experience swimming with manatees. I saw on the Cincinnati Zoo website that they offer opportunity’s to internship
during the summer. I am highly interested in the internship that involves animal care. I am
currently majoring in Marine Biology and hope to work with animals one day. This would be a
tremendous experience for me and I believe I would be a great fit for the part.
I have always been highly interested in animals and have always dreamed of
working with them some day as a career. This internship would be a great first step in the
career path I would like to take. The internship that I am the most interested in is the manatees
and Floridian wild life. I was given the opportunity over the summer to swim with manatees in
Crystal River. I knew that I was always more interested in marine life but this experience got
me specifically interested in manatees. I pay attention to detail and am an organized person
which would be helpful when monitoring the health of the animals, preparing diets, and
cleaning exhibits. I have a lot to offer and know I would be a great fit for this internship
