The questionnaire asked people about their thoughts on how to create a documentary, radio trailer, and poster about the police in Leicester. For the documentary, most people thought it should show real footage of criminals being apprehended by police and have a balanced view of Leicester and the police. Regarding the trailer, most said it should provide a good chunk of information about what will be covered. And for the poster, most thought it should feature the police uniform and Leicester's iconic clock tower in close to equal proportions. The pilot questionnaire highlighted issues like unnecessary questions and a lack of options that did not fully represent people's views.

18. Issues highlighted by the
Pilot Questionnaire?
1. The first issue which has been highlighted is that asking if the poster
should be attention grabbing is pointless as the whole point of a
poster is that it should grab peoples attention.
2. There is no point in having a question about the iconic image of the
police which we should show as we as a team have already
decided that we are going to show a police officer in uniform.
3. Another question which was pointless was the question about
weather the radio trailer should provide information about the
documentary. The whole point of a radio trailer is to provide
information about the radio trailer.
4. What I found when giving out the pilot questionnaires is that some
people wanted more options as they felt some answers were not
what they wanted to put.
5. Another issue we faced was that at the beginning we said we were
not going to have a visible presenter and asking this question was a
waste of time as we have already said no to a visible presenter.
