D'autant plus que les médias traditionnels sont aussi maintenant digitalisés. Désormais ce qui compte sur internet c'est la trajectoire dans laquelle l'internaute c'est engagé. Trajectoire virtuelle, voire mentale) mais qui se concrétise dans le réel sous forme de projet. La cible est mobile, elle est e mouvante, ou émouvante. Comment la suivre on line et off line pour lui proposer les produits et services qui lui sont utiles ?
Avec la géolocalisation qui permet à chacun d'identifier des lieux et des personnes dans le réel...c'est une nouvelle ère qui s'ouvre. Mais ne nous y trompons pas il ne s'agit pas seulement de savoir où est la personne.Encore faut-il maitriser cet élément clef nouveau : le contexte de vie. Le contexte de vie c'est à la fois le lieu, l'action qui s'y déroule, et le temps qu'elle prendra pour s'achever. Ca demande des connaissances technologiques mais aussi une grande sensibilité à l'humain.

Sur internet, l'identité est ouverte, active et co-construite. En effet, lorsqu'on partage des informations sur soi, que l'on dit ce qu'on fait et que ses amis et ses proches (et des moins proches) peuvent intervenir....ca ouvre d'incroyables possibilités d'échange ("plus on en dit sur soi et ce qu'on cherche plus vite on trouve")
Mais cette ouverture pose des questions lourdes sur l'utilisation qui peut être faite par les marques de ces données "personnelles".
Ou en sont les marques dans le traitement et l'utilisation de ces données ? Quelles sont les finalités poursuivies : diffuser de la publicité intrusive ou accompagner dans une relation de service ?
Allons nous vers un modèle d'exploration du web "à la twitter" ou chacun découvre le web via des fluxs RSS en opt-in et s'expose moins aux autres sources d'information et aux communications publitaires des marques ? En effet, lorsqu'on partage des informations sur soi, que l'on dit ce qu'on fait et que ses amis et ses proches (et des moins proches) peuvent intervenir....ca ouvre d'incroyables possibilités d'échange ("plus on en dit sur soi et ce qu'on cherche plus vite on trouve")
Mais cette ouverture pose des questions lourdes sur l'utilisation qui peut être faite par les marques de ces données "personnelles".
