(November 15th, 2012, New York) Peter Jonathan Halasz, a partner in Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP’s Investment
Management and Business Transactions Groups at the New York office, will join Golden Networking's China
Leaders Forum 2012, "Political and Economic Challenges for Xi Jinping, China's President-in-waiting",
December 7th, New York City, conference that will examine the political and economic challenges facing China
nowadays and the long-term opportunities that will be created in the world’s largest economy by 2016.

Educated in both law and business, his practice includes mergers & acquisitions, securities, private equity,
international business and investment funds. In the area of private equity M&A, he has represented clients in
auctions and sales, restructurings and leveraged capitalizations, mergers, unsolicited tender offers, privatizations,
international joint ventures, special-committee representations and venture capital investments. In the finance
area, Mr. Halasz has represented issuers and underwriters in public offerings of equity and debt, commercial paper
