 A form of pressure in order to achieve the target.
CASE
XXX Life Insurance, an Indian Insurance company
has given target to all its Sales Managers, for the month
of September 2008.But due to Economic slowdown,
many of them can’t achieve it. So the company was
forced to inform them about the performance issue.

made the decision to give you repeated chances at performing you duties to the
required standards of the company, but your recent work has not been complete
or accurate and therefore is useless.

you feel that this decision has been made without the knowledge of all pertinent
