PDHPE aims to promote physical activity, informed decision making, and understanding of self and others. It encourages students to participate in physical activity while developing basic skills. Students learn how to make informed decisions about peer relations, healthy living, and nutrition. They also develop skills for building positive relationships and expressing themselves.

PDHPE encourages students to participate in
physical activity and provide the opportunity to
develop basic skills within a fun environment!
3. Students learn how to make informed decisions
about issues surrounding peer relations, safe
living, active lifestyle and nutrition.
4. Students learn about interpersonal relationships and
develop skills for building positive relationships.
Students also learn to express needs, wants, feelings,
ideas and opinions. They further develop negotiation,
conflict resolution, refusal and assertiveness skills.
