Paul Bellard, a former UK police officer, suffered a career-ending spinal injury in a car accident 15 years ago. Despite being told he would never walk properly again, he lost 70 pounds in 12 weeks and started his own successful business as a management consultant and corporate trainer. Drawn to Malta by an "inexplicable calling", he has now relocated permanently and will be collaborating with Maltese businesses while also running public inspirational events on the island. He feels there is great potential and opportunity for businesses in Malta.
