This document outlines three payment plans - Construction Link Plan, Flexi Plan, and Down Payment Plan - for a real estate development project. The Construction Link Plan requires 10% payments at several construction milestones. The Flexi Plan requires a 40% payment within 60 days and the remainder at construction milestones. The Down Payment Plan requires 10% at booking and 85% within 30 days, with the remaining 5% on possession. Notes provide that prices are subject to change and taxes will be payable by the purchaser.

Notes
 Prices are escalation free but subject to revision / withdrawal notice at Company’s sole
discretion.
 Service Tax shall be payable as per the Government rules & regulations.
 For 3 BHK car parking is mandatory.
 Stamp Duty, Registration Charges, Service Tax, Legal / miscellaneous expenses etc., shall be
payable by the Allot tee.
