Future Leaders Conference (FLC) 2014 was a 3-day annual conference held from October 10-12, 2014 in Kota Batu, Indonesia for members of AIESEC at Brawijaya University. The conference aimed to strengthen bonds between members, familiarize delegates with AIESEC culture and team roles, and provide a memorable experience of discovery, knowledge and inspiration for understanding AIESEC.

Introduction
Future Leaders Conference (FLC) 2014 is an annual local conference for all member of AIESEC
in Brawijaya University. This year local committee conference will provide you a memorable
3 days of discovery, knowledge, experience and inspiration for all members to have
the right understanding about AIESEC.
Objectives
To make all delegates know each other and strengthening the bond between them, to show
the culture and the uniqueness of AIESEC culture and to familiarize the delegates with
the team experience position in AIESEC from bottom to the top,
