This document provides statistics on state tax liens and total lien amounts by county in Pennsylvania as of November 1, 2011. It shows the number of tax liens and total dollar amount of liens for each of Pennsylvania's 67 counties. The counties with the highest numbers of tax liens included Allegheny, Dauphin, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. The counties with the highest total dollar amounts of tax liens included Dauphin, Lackawanna, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties. Overall, there were over 77,000 total tax liens across Pennsylvania totaling more than $636 million.
