When to use this form
Use this form to claim tax back if:                                        Do not use this form if:
• you have been unemployed for four weeks or more, or                      • you are unemployed, and expect to start a new job
• you are not claiming one of the taxable benefits                           within four weeks. Hand form P45, Part 2 and 3 (a P45 is
