the Beneficiary of my Consignment deposited with Corporate Finance/ Security
Company on my behalf executes the following:
1). To proceed to the Corporate Finance/ Security Company for the claims of the
Consignment and sign all other instruments necessary to be endorsed to effect the release of
my Consignment.
2). To do all those acts necessary to be done in my name and on my behalf as would have
been done by me, for the purpose of the prompt release of the above entitlement.
3). The said Proxy will act for the purpose of this documents as I might or could do if
personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming that the said Proxy shall lawfully sign
and do or caused to be done by authority hereof.
