This document discusses hemodynamic disturbances including edema, hyperemia and congestion, hemorrhage, thrombosis, infarction, and shock. It provides detailed information on edema, including the pathogenesis of different types such as cardiac, renal, pulmonary, hepatic, and cerebral edema. It also discusses hyperemia and congestion, explaining the differences between active and passive hyperemia. The effects of hemorrhage are outlined. Chronic venous congestion is described along with examples of congestion of the lungs and liver.

Examples of certification exam questions are also provided.
Advanced welding ,casting , forming processes PDF by badebhau4@gmail.comEr. Bade Bhausaheb
The document discusses advanced manufacturing processes including friction stir welding, advanced die casting, and tooling. It provides details on friction stir welding such as how it works as a solid-state welding process without reaching melting point. It also discusses advantages like producing high quality welds with fewer defects compared to traditional welding. The document then covers various types of tooling used for sheet metal pressing, molding, jigs/fixtures, and their applications in press working processes like blanking, piercing, bending, drawing, and others.
This document provides information on manual metal arc welding (MMA) and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding processes. For MMA welding, it discusses electrode types, equipment, parameters like current and polarity, welding techniques, and advantages/disadvantages. For TIG welding, it describes the basic equipment, parameters including voltage, current, polarity and gas type/flow rate, torch components, techniques, and pros and cons. Safety considerations are also covered for both processes.

Psicologia do Desenvolvimento da Educação
Henri Wallon
ABSTRACT
It is the purpose of this paper presents a reflection on the contribution of development theory and pedagogical concept of Henri Wallon for education. Therefore, part of an analysis of the basic concepts and general principles of the theory and its assumptions, and the main pedagogical ideas expressed in his writings and in the Langevin-Wallon project. When considering that Wallon gives the teacher the role of mediating access to the culture of his time, and to cultivate it aptitudes compatible with social needs, so that education for him given is sufficient preparation for the exercise of any function that could offer later, we wonder: what kind of training should be offered to teachers of our time to fulfill this role?
With a theory that covers the entire childhood of man Henri Wallon made an important contribution to psychology and pedagogy. In the following pages we will cover his life and his theories
Keywords: Wallon, Development, Affection, Cognition, Learning and Education.

The document discusses the results of a survey given to business school graduates regarding their coursework and education. It analyzes their responses to questions about which courses were most useful and what their education may have lacked. Management, Business Administration, and Finance were identified as the most useful areas of study. Accounting, Management, and Finance were seen as most relevant for starting a business. Entrepreneurship topics like product development, feasibility analysis, and writing a business plan were rated as very important by many respondents.
