A student at IIT Delhi is requesting approval to opt out of the department's training and placement process in order to pursue a summer training opportunity they have arranged themselves from May 11th to July 17th 2015. If approved, the student would be responsible for meeting departmental criteria and completing required paperwork, and would not be eligible for a placement through the normal process.
