I have worked with Karen Houston at MAST for several years in her capacity as Training
Operations Manager, more recently Karen assisted the operations department prior to her
redundancy in September 2014.
I found Karen to be hardworking and conscientious and willing to undertake any required
task and make it happen. Karen is self-motivated, sincere and has excellent people skills.
Karen arranged the training and recruiting of Nepalese employees from the initial interview,
documentation screening and verifying to the creation of databases for others to use.
