Just as you cannot improve what you cannot measure, you can’t
mitigate what you cannot see.
In order to identify both risk and opportunity, you need the ability

be able to identify concentration risk, and if you have something
mission critical that is single-sourced or if you’re buying the
same category of goods from multiple suppliers and have an
