  3. Many of you are working on those media, on content, on learning objects. Great. But for the most part aren’t the customers for your work schools, colleges, universities and businesses? Usually, the customer is an agency even though the beneficiary of your work is the learner.
  4. Are these functions obvious or shall we discuss them?
