Introduction
The accumulation of plastic in our oceans and on
our beaches has turned into a global problem.
Hundreds of billions of pounds of plastic can be
discovered in swirling convergences that cover
roughly 40% of the world's oceans. Plastic is
anticipated to outweigh all fish in the oceans by
2050 if current trends continue
By following these steps you will give a great help to
combat the pollution of our oceans:
● Reduce the general use of plastics
● Put them in the correct place at trash
● Tell everyone to do the same!
With all these we can achieve cleaner and safer
oceans for the entire ecosystem
How can you start helping?

Main dangers
This is very
important too...
Plastic reaches our oceans at a rate of up to 12.7 million
tonnes per year. It gets out of landfills, floats down our
drains, winds up in rivers, and eventually ends up in our
oceans. Plastic garbage collects in ocean gyres, where
marine life feeds, and is invisible to the human eye
