Norma Ardila provided public relations activities for Discovery Networks Latin America in 2013. This included launching the animated series Doki with a screening event in Bogota attended by 200 guests. Ardila also arranged a conference call and interviews about the documentary Half the Sky which generated over 16 million impressions. Additionally, she organized coverage for the series Dynamo, Tree Fu Tom by interviewing specialists about dyspraxia, and Bear Grylls: Escape from Hell by arranging a media tour for a Polish survivor in Bogota. Ardila secured articles about these shows in various Latin American publications from Mexico to Brazil to Argentina.
