4. renal parenchymal disease
• Fluid management of hypovolemia
• Protein restriction
• Life style modification
• Treat urinary obstruction
5. • dialysis should be at least three times a week
• total duration should be at least 12 hours per
week
• Special protocol for ultrafiltration of more fluid
and usage of less intradialytic sodium must be
acquired
• Inter dialysis Weight gain that must not exceed

• Nocturnal session found to better control BP
with less medications

9. When revascularization may be more beneficial
• Patients with recurrent flash pulmonary edema
• Failure or intolerance to optimal medical treatment
• Refractory hypertension
• Unexplained, progressive decline in renal function
• Recent initiation of dialysis in a patient with suspected renal artery
stenosis
• An acute increase in creatinine after medical therapy and in patients
with a renal resistive index of less than 80 mmHg on Doppler
