1. Nhận đề cương thực tập tốt nghiệp tại bộ môn Động lực vào ngày 20 tháng 12
năm 2008)
- Phô tô thành 2 bản, nhóm trưởng giữ 1 bản, nộp cho đơn vị thực tập 1 bản
- Thực hiện theo nội dung của đề cương
2. Nhận danh sách, quyết định, mẫu hợp đồng thực tập của Trường tại bộ môn
3. Lấy xác nhận và dấu (tròn hoặc vuông) của đơn vị thực tập vào bản 2 bản hợp đồng
- 1 bản do cơ sở thực tập giữ
- 1 bản gửi về bộ môn
4. Trong quá trình thực tập phải:
- Viết báo cáo thực tập theo mẫu, có nhận xét, chấm điểm và xác nhận của
cơ sở thực tập.
- Nộp báo cáo thực tập cho bộ môn Động lực khi kết thúc thực tập (ngày
21 tháng 2 năm 2009)
