Un grupo de 200 soldados de la Guardia Nacional y la Fuerza
Aérea participan de un adiestramiento que los preparara para
atender desastres naturales de gran magnitud, así como
explosiones, ataques terroristas y búsqueda de víctimas en todo
tipo de escenario.
La certificación los convertirá en la primera unidad de respuesta
rápida que trabajará en conjunto con las agencias estatales de
emergencia.
El adiestramiento, que se realiza en el Campamento Santiago de Salinas, culminará el 11 de febrero y
una vez estén debidamente certificados podrán también detectar elementos químicos, biológicos,
radiológicos y nucleares.
"Ha sido una integración maravillosa con las agencias en nuestra misión por salvar vidas y proteger
propiedades", dijo el sargento mayor José Padilla.
El CERFP, por sus siglas en inglés, provee la capacitación al personal para reaccionar a una
emergencia de entre seis y doce horas.

4. ETS- Re-enlistments and Bonuses information
The following is the extract of the new Policy for re-enlistment bonuses. For more information
SSG Montalvo Julio. Our goal is to take advantage of this opportunity and have all re-
enlistments of C Co personnel completed up to 12 month from now, with or without bonus.
This means that the Soldier must re-enlist within the determined time frame for each bonus
amount. The following table shows the time frame for each bonus.
