Starting from President Adela’s idea and with the approval of the Morim Tzevet, as well
as other people that have a had an historical presence in the Community, it was agreed to
rename the Machon (Tikun Olam) to "Albert Einstein". This idea was supported by the
fact that the name of this extraordinary physicist of Jewish origin, was precisely the name
of the last Hebrew College in Cuba.

2. Brief History
The small "Sunday school”, which in the year 2000 turned into Machon The Cuban Jewish Community was found
in 1906; today it brings together 1500
