variety of applications. The magnetic strips for your tickets (LOCO or HICO)
can be glued or embedded in a variety of widths.

We print the barcode on your tickets using thermal materials that are

6. Event and
admission tickets
Because tickets often have a high value, as is the
case with vouchers, their protection against forgery
is of critical importance. Security features such as
holograms, UV coating, special inks and embossing
offer the best possible protection.

With our special inks, we offer an additional feature for even greater
security. Example: a logo is printed on the ticket using invisible,
fluorescent ink that can be subsequently viewed under UV light.

7. Travel tickets
The use of local public transport in its current form
is only made possible by forgery-proof tickets. This
applies to ferries and trains, as well as to toll stations.
Travel tickets can be produced on rolls and as individual or leporello tickets.
And all of these tickets offer optimum protection, thanks to security features
such as printing on special paper, security inks, holograms, embossing and
consecutive serial numbers.

8. RFID
Wireless technology
Our intelligent RFID products are based on the following frequencies:
NF 125 KHz, HF 13.56 MHz and UHF 860-960 MHz.
Radio frequency identification (RFID) technology
offers new opportunities in the areas of public
transport, events, goods insurance, access control,
tracking and documentation, and it can be cost-
effectively combined with other technologies such as
thermal printing.

RFID tickets are standardised under ISO 15457, 1-3 and can be produced
as individual, leporello or roll tickets. Special die cutting, perforation,
numbering and encoding are all possible. The print images can be created
using either standard or security inks.
The material combinations range from normal cardboard, thermal cardboard
and special foils through to tickets with ‘buffer materials’ that hide the chip.
Common RFID chips include Mifare Ultralight, Mifare Ultralight C and Mifare
1K with a frequency of 13.56 MHz.

The unique chip ID, holograms and security inks meet the most stringent
of security requirements. Event tickets can be created with special die cuts,
perforations, numbering and encoding. As in the public transport sector, HF
chips are once again used.

Thanks to our merger with the British company ESP Systex, as well as
the establishment of our subsidiary RFIDentic, we can offer you our
pooled expertise and extensive capacities for the production of RFID
tickets, cards and labels.
RFID windshield stickers can be stuck to the inside of vehicle windshields to
provide access to car parks, company premises and the like. The special UHF
antenna technology (860-960 MHz) automatically, remotely and securely
transmits the data over a distance of several metres to the data identification
unit. The stickers can be printed in multiple colours, numbered and given
barcodes. Pre-coding and end-coding are both possible.

encoding or numbering.

Our standard cards are available in thicknesses of 0.4,
0.5 or 0.76 mm and made from high-gloss, laminated
PVC. With a format of 85.6 x 54 mm, they comply with the
internationally binding ISO standard.
Our PVC cards are also available with finishes, and they can be protected
against forgery by features such as holograms, embossing, writing fields
or security inks.

As with plastic cards, chip cards have a format of 86 x 54 mm
and are manufactured according to the same production procedure.

11. The multi-layered construction makes the versatile plastic cards
highly robust and durable. The ink is printed directly onto the carrier
material, which is then laminated with a high-gloss, scratch-resistant
PVC film to protect the ink and the card.
RFID product solutions are used for automatic identification and
localisation. They enable data to be read out without any direct physical
or visual contact. The data can also be stored.
