Documentation Executive Now.
(Preparing Post Shipment Documents) - From 04th July 2011.
Knowledge & Handling of post shipment document which include commercial invoices,
packing list, L/C documents, Importing country certification, Certificate of Origin &
many more document prepared as per customer requirement.
Job Responsibilities:-
• Entire Export Documentation (post shipment document).
• Preparing commercial invoices, packing list.
• Sending scan copies of documents to customer after receipt of BL.
• Prepare Pre & Post Shipment Documentation as per PO, PI & LC terms
• Prepare BL/AWB Instructions as per Normal & LC terms and release them on
time
• Export Documents Negotiation as per LC & TT with Bank, Preparing BRC, FIRC
• Informing tracking no. of courier to customer with regards to Original Shipping
Documents.
