MWI provides divorce mediation services to help couples create the terms of their divorce in a more efficient and cost-effective way compared to litigation. Through mediation, couples work with a neutral mediator over 6-12 hours in 3-5 sessions to make decisions about issues like children, assets, visitation, and separation agreements. Divorce Expertise  MWI is an Approved Provider of divorce and family mediation services for the
Probate and Family Court Department. Since 1994, MWI has been dedicated to providing clients with
the most comprehensive divorce mediation services. Couples typically spend 6 to 12 hours working with
mediators in three to five sessions.
Divorce Process  MWI Divorce Mediation Services offer an opportunity for people to create the
