• The practice in this area has been strengthened thanks to the
joining as a Partner of Paolo Mondini, a young Professor of Banking
& Finance at the University of Piacenza. In this area Mondini
Rusconi advises Italian financial intermediaries and banks in all legal
aspects of banking, financial and security markets transactions,
including syndicated loans, real estate financing, subordinated
loans, consumer credit, real and personal guarantees, shares, bonds
