1st-may-2014 until present
 Responsible for monitoring sites, classifying the problems and assigning the
missions to BTS, Transmission, or Power departments.
 Responsible for monitoring the network covering all of east of Libya (half the
country).
 Responsible for making reporting and data analysis of the network to the BSS
management and senior technical managers.
 Responsible for adding new sites to the network.
 Responsible for fully overseeing the procedures for BTSs problems solving.
 Responsible for the maintenance of Alcatel Lucent BSCs (MX & G2).
