Crime Scene Report When – time/date of arrival and specific tasks Who - author, each person you had contact with What – tasks performed (chronological order) Where – location of scene, location of suspect, location of evidence How – how was evidence located, how was suspect located, how was evidence processed
On 17Nov2010 at approximately 2000hrs, I was contacted by Lt. Bob who informed me that I was needed to process a crime scene.  I responded directly to 10 Science Drive apt 3.  Upon arrival, I noted that the outside temperature was approx 40deg and the air was clear.  I met with Officer Sue informed me that there was a possible suicide/homicide .  I walked through the scene and Officer Sue pointed out several areas of interest.  I saw that the front door was open and the lights were on.  I was informed that this is how the scene was discovered upon first officer’s arrival.  Blah blah blah blah
