Milan Direct and NTS
In early 2014, Milan Direct sought a solution from the courier market to provide home delivery
services for bulky furniture goods to addresses through Melbourne and Sydney from our warehouse
locations in those cities.
We considered 4 different courier companies, and were most impressed with the solution provided
by Justin Walton on behalf of NTS. The solution offered was unique and tailored to our specific
needs. For over a year we have been using NTS and have increased our use of point‐to‐point carrier
services with NTS every month, as the service and account management has been excellent.
