I would like to compliment you and your staffat ASTI Transportation Systems, for the
wonderful job you did in partnering with us to provide the Michigan Department of
Transportation (MDOT) a temporary, portable, "Real Time Work Zone lnformation
System" (RTWS). The system did exactly what MDOT wanted it to do with no major
maintenance issues on our end.
Your queue detector system interfaced with our Portable Changeable Message Signs and
your Computer Highway Informational Processing System (CHIPS) with absolutely no
problems. You sentme the web link as soon as the system was deployed, and there it was
on my laptop monitoring traffic on our project. Pretty slick. It was a pleasure working
with you and your staffand I will look forward to fiirther opportunities to partner with
you again.
