I’d like to quickly review what we monitor for both Microsoft and Citrix...including a quick demo...we’ll take a few quick questions and then I’d like Nanda to give us a tour of our universal management pack for SCOM, with a particular focus on Citrix since the Citrix SCOM management pack has reached end of life.... We’ll take a few more questions again and then I’d like to briefly describe how customers can leverage eG’s converged APM/IPM technology to breath new life into performance monitoring for SCOM environments.... Then we’ll wrap it up with some final questions and let you know where you can get more information...
